Above and beyond one of the best strategy/management/sim city games you will ever play. If you enjoy games like Civ, AOE, Pharoh, you'll absolutely love this game, promised!! The expansion to this game makes it even better, Poseidon, something hopefully Metaboli can get for us eventually.
