Following the Rise and fall of the Roman empire you play a governor controlling and building city's/towns while meeting the requirements set on cards that you draw and defending against barbarians. In depth resource management and fun and challenging levels. Some levels are never the same as the Cards change when you play the levels again. A must for all the Hardcore strategy and management fans.
